This policy outlines how CIRBN LLC manages its network to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality internet service for all customers. It is designed to comply with FCC transparency requirements and promote fair access to network resources.
2. Network Performance
We strive to deliver consistent broadband performance, including:
Typical Speeds: As advertised in our broadband labels.
Latency and Packet Loss: Monitored regularly to ensure quality for real-time applications such as VoIP and gaming.
Congestion Management: We do not throttle or prioritize traffic based on content, application, or user identity.
3. Traffic Management Practices
No Blocking: We do not block lawful content, applications, or services.
No Throttling: We do not degrade or impair traffic based on its source or destination.
No Paid Prioritization: We do not engage in paid prioritization of traffic.
4. Data Usage Policies
Unlimited Plans: No data caps or overage fees.
Metered Plans: Customers are notified when approaching data limits.
Fair Use: Excessive usage that impacts other users may be subject to review.
5. Device and Protocol Management
Customers may use any compatible device that does not harm the network.
Certain protocols may be restricted to prevent abuse (e.g., spam or denial-of-service attacks).
6. Security Measures
We monitor for malicious traffic and may block harmful activity.
Customers are responsible for securing their own devices.
We use firewalls, intrusion detection, and other tools to protect network integrity.
7. Privacy and Transparency
We do not inspect or store the contents of user communications.
